Xiaomi is expected to launch Mi 5C at just CNY 999 which is around $144. Mi 5C is codenamed Meri is expected to launch in 12th December. The phone is to be powered by Xiaomi owned Pine Cone electronics and coupled with 3GB of RAM and will run on MIUI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The processor is to a octa core CPU based on A53 and is expected to have a 5.5 inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels. The benchmarks shows that Mi 5C scored 758 at single core and 3043 at multi-core.
